Closing on your new home can be a busy time for new owners. There are many things that you will be attending to.
Please read and understand your association governing documents before purchasing, the home. You may obtain a copy of the governing documents from the current owner. If you do not understand the governing documents or the rules and regulations, please consult with your attorney.
Here is a list of important things you should take care of right after you close.
Please click here to download a new owner information packet and new owner forms for you to complete. Once you close on the house, please fill out the forms provided, and return them to the manager at manager@isolabellahomeshoa.com along with a copy of your deed. Once received you will be granted gate access. You will need to utilize the visitor entrance and provide your ID until your vehicle(s) are processed.
The next step is to please register for the association’s website https://isolabellahomeshoa.com.
Once your account has been activated, submit a Service Request Ticket to ‘request a transponder’, you will need to attach all of your vehicle registrations directly to this request. Also, if you did not receive key fobs from the seller and want to purchase them for access to the pool and clubhouse, you will submit a Service Request Ticket for that as well. Once your request is processed you will receive an email with a link to make an appointment to have your transponders installed. Vehicle transponders and key fobs are $25.00 each and may be paid with a credit card, check, or money order.
Applications for occupancy are not required for buyers. Except if anyone will be living in the house, is 18 or older, and is not on the deed, they must apply for occupancy. Please let the manager know if this is the case and they will send you the application information.
